CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Chris Boles
Dr. Chris Boles is the founder and owner of Exodus Chiropractic in Franklin, Tennessee, where he has spent nearly 15 years helping individuals and families experience better health through neurologically focused chiropractic care. His passion is simple: help people function the way God designed them so they can enjoy life, serve others, and pursue their purpose without unnecessary physical limitations.
Dr. Chris's journey into chiropractic began with his own personal health experience. As a child, he struggled in school and was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). At ten years old, he was prescribed a medication called Adderall and told he would likely need it indefinitely. Years later, while seeking treatment from a chiropractor for a sports injury in high school, he discovered significant pressure on his upper spine, leaving him unable to move his head and neck. As his pain and mobility improved under chiropractic care, he also experienced dramatic improvements in his focus and academic performance. For the first time, he realized his body was capable of functioning differently than he had been led to believe. That experience forever changed the direction of his life. While it often takes many years to find a proper career and calling, Dr. Chris decided to pursue a profession in Chiropractic at only 16 years old.
Originally from Slidell, Louisiana, Dr. Chris attended Southeastern Louisiana University, where he became actively involved with Campus Outreach, an international college ministry dedicated to sharing the Gospel and discipling students. During those years, his faith in Jesus Christ became the foundation for both his personal life and his future practice.
Dr. Chris earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, before moving to Tennessee to practice with Dr. Pete Sulack at Exodus Chiropractic in Knoxville. Inspired by Exodus Chiropractic's vision of combining exceptional patient care with global ministry, he opened Exodus Chiropractic in Franklin to serve Williamson County while supporting the work of Matthew 10 Ministry, which provides care for widows and orphans, equips local pastors, and shares the hope of Jesus Christ around the world.
Today, after caring for thousands of patients for nearly 15 years, Dr. Chris believes that true health is about far more than simply relieving pain. In fact, his passion is helping people restore function, build resilience, and unlock their God-given potential so they can fully participate in the life God has called them to live. He has a heart for people who want to keep living life to the fullest, parents who want to play with their kids, grandparents who want to stay active with their grandkids, athletes who refuse to sit on the sidelines, and men and women who aren't ready to let pain, stiffness, or age dictate what they can and cannot do. Whether caring for newborns, families, or busy moms and dads, he considers it a privilege to serve each patient on their journey toward better health.
As a husband, father of four, and business owner, Dr. Chris understands the desire to stay active and fully engaged in the people and passions that matter most. He enjoys working out, going to the beach with his family, date nights with his wife, and making memories with his children.
As John Wesley once said, "When you set yourself on fire, people love to come and see you burn." That passion continues to inspire Dr. Chris each day as he strives to bring hope, healing, and lasting impact to every person who walks through the doors of Exodus Chiropractic.
Doris Laramore - AMFT,BA
Doris has been the Office Manager at Exodus Chiropractic for over 8 years and brings a heart for service to everything she does. Before joining the team, she was a patient herself and experienced firsthand the powerful changes chiropractic care made in her life, including healing from a lung issue and fibromyalgia. After seeing the impact it had on her own health and well-being, Doris felt called to be part of helping others find the same hope and healing. She cares deeply for every practice member who walks through the doors, treating them with the same kindness, compassion, and respect she would want for her own family.
Outside of the office, Doris is also a Marriage and Family Therapist, which reflects how deeply she values strong families and meaningful relationships. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, canning, going for walks, and getting lost in a good book. Doris loves being part of the Exodus Chiropractic family and feels grateful to support and encourage patients as they take steps toward optimal health.
My faith in God is the foundation of who I am and how I care for others. I truly believe we’re designed to live well—in mind, body, and spirit—and that belief shapes the way I show up every day in the office.
OFFICE MANAGER
Joycelyn Aldrich
Jocelyn Aldrich is a Chiropractic Assistant at Exodus Chiropractic and is passionate about helping patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. She previously worked at the office in 2016 for a year and a half and is so happy to be back serving the community again.
Outside the office, Jocelyn is a proud wife and mom who loves going for walks, practicing self-care, playing with her son and their dog, and enjoying a little shopping when she can. CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Elizabeth Boles, MS
Elizabeth’s journey with chiropractic care began in childhood, but it wasn’t until her adult years that she fully understood its true impact. As a former college athlete, she initially viewed chiropractic as something that had helped with aches and pains. Through her experience with the Exodus Chiropractic team, Elizabeth discovered that chiropractic is about so much more—it’s about how the body functions and heals as a whole.
Since beginning care, Elizabeth has experienced life-changing improvements in her health, including enhanced focus and memory, improved circulation, and the ability to step away from medications she once relied on. She is incredibly grateful for the way chiropractic has supported her body’s natural ability to heal—something she sees as a reflection of God’s intentional design.
After more than 10 years serving in health and wellness through the YMCA, Elizabeth is excited to now be a part of the Exodus Chiropractic team alongside her husband, continuing her passion for helping others pursue a healthier life. She has a deep love for preventative, natural health, and is passionate about empowering families to take a proactive approach to their well-being.
Outside of the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling, doing home projects, and making sourdough bread.
CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT
Sydney Hanks
Sydney’s chiropractic journey began in 2018 when she sought care for a painful neck issue, simply hoping to find relief. What she discovered was far more than she expected. Not only did her health improve, but her entire outlook on life changed. Just a few months later, she was offered a position at the practice, a moment that completely redirected her path. What began as a patient experience quickly became a calling.
She has always embraced her fun-loving side. A self-proclaimed nerd with a love for cartoons—especially Bluey—she enjoys bringing laughter and joy into the office each day. Beneath her sense of humor is a genuine compassion for people. Having experienced the uncertainty of searching for answers herself, she understands what many patients are going through and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them on their healing journey.
Chiropractic care has transformed her life in ways that extend far beyond physical health. It has positively impacted her mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, and she is deeply grateful to be part of a team that helps others experience that same kind of hope, healing, and transformation.
